I want a do-over for the past two days. I had to let a fellow employee go (the first time I have ever had to "fire" someone) and today the buzz around the office was unbearable.

My daughter has p-monia and I am just about to loose my cool. I have much more to contribute but I have to pick up the boy from soccer practice. I will continue this rant later. .......
